By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Azzurro Travel, Inc. is a California corporation operating as a travel agency, registered as a California Seller of Travel (CST# 2094339-40), with offices at 578 Washington Blvd, Suite 421, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. Registration as a Seller of Travel in California does not constitute approval by the State of California.
Azzurro Travel acts as an independent travel agent and intermediary between you and the third-party suppliers who deliver your travel (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground transportation, tour operators, insurance providers, and similar). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. We arrange your travel with them on your behalf based on availability and the terms each supplier offers at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier, including any change fees, refund policies, baggage rules, age and identification requirements, and conditions of carriage. We will share supplier terms with you before you confirm any booking.
Payment is made by the methods we accept at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you authorize Azzurro Travel to charge the amounts agreed for your booking, including supplier fees, any applicable service fees, and any subsequent changes you authorize. Some bookings require deposits, with the balance due by a date we will specify in writing.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits, in accordance with the relevant supplier's terms.
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and fare type. Most airline tickets, cruise fares, and hotel bookings carry penalties or are entirely non-refundable. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking. In addition to supplier penalties, Azzurro Travel may charge a reasonable service fee to process cancellations, changes, or refunds.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, and similar risks. We can refer you to insurance providers, but the decision to purchase coverage is yours.
Travel insurance is offered through third-party providers. Coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed entirely by the insurance company's policy documents. Azzurro Travel does not adjudicate insurance claims and is not responsible for an insurer's coverage decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azzurro Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party supplier or for any personal injury, property damage, death, delay, schedule change, accident, loss, or other harm resulting from the conduct of any third-party supplier or any cause outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or mechanical failures.
Our maximum liability to you for any matter relating to a booking is limited to the service fees you paid directly to Azzurro Travel for that booking.
Azzurro Travel is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including those listed in Section 7. In such events, supplier-imposed terms govern refunds and rebookings.
Our website may include links to third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or related to our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
